Your money. Your health. The planet.
No fluff. Just the math.
I still work inside the waste and sustainability industry — and I'm genuinely grateful for it. It's given me a perspective on how things actually work that I want to share honestly and usefully.
I'm also a yoga therapeutics teacher, and I've spent years inside corporate and film production. All of it has shaped how I think about value, sustainability, and what things really cost.
My goal is simple — to be the person you trust when you want an honest answer about whether something is worth it. For your wallet, your health, and the planet.
What we explore together
Everything here sits at the intersection of sustainability, real value, and taking care of yourself. Not three separate topics — one way of looking at the world.
What actually happens inside the waste industry. What labels mean, what they don't, and what questions are worth asking before you buy anything marketed as "green."

The full cost of a purchase — money, health, environmental impact, and longevity. I love a good thrift find. I love doing the math on why it matters beyond just saving money.
True cost breakdowns · Thrifting guides · Sustainable swaps · Budget-conscious living
Mental and spiritual health is the foundation that makes everything else sustainable. As a yoga therapeutics teacher I share what actually supports the nervous system — not what performs wellness. What I recommend here I've lived in, on film sets, in caregiving, and in the in-between moments of a very full life.

About
"I didn't arrive here having figured it all out. I arrived here having figured out enough to know what questions to ask."
I work inside the waste and sustainability industry every day — and as a freelance sustainability manager for major film productions, I've earned two Gold EMA Awards for putting those principles into real practice on set. I know what genuine sustainability looks like from the inside. I also know what's just for show. That distinction is at the heart of everything I share here.
Alongside that work I'm a yoga therapeutics teacher — which brings me to the third pillar of True Cost Living. Mental and spiritual health. Not as a trend, not as a product category, but as the quiet foundation that makes everything else sustainable. How you feel inside determines the choices you make outside. I've lived that truth in both directions.
This is a space for people who want honest information and real recommendations.
Why it matters
Sustainable awareness isn't about doing everything perfectly. It's about understanding the true cost of your choices — and finding clarity in that knowledge.
I wrote this because I kept seeing the same misleading claims across products and industries — and I knew from the inside what they actually meant. This is the plain-language guide I wish everyone had before they shopped. It covers the practical and the personal — because the two are never really separate.

I'm open to brand partnerships, affiliate collaborations, sponsored content, and speaking opportunities — as long as they're a genuine fit. I only work with products I'd use myself and brands whose values hold up to scrutiny. If you think we're aligned, I'd love to hear from you.
